Putting one's own motivation into words is often a challenge. I came across a phrase that helps me to describe it: progress piloting

| progress | means advancing, developing, moving forward, being progressive requires creativity and innovation.

| piloting | means managing, guiding or even getting something through. As a paraglider pilot, the term comes closer to me than 'management'; also, it takes more into account the dynamics of changing conditions and thus describes the flexibility in controlling and organising processes.

 

Supporting positive change and empowerment is important to me. Sometimes the path is already a goal, sometimes we have to take detours to make progress, it is always about processes and developments that meet our needs.
